Mike decided what better way to honor such a strong, spirited man, than to connect his name to this new adventure! We here at Ollie's are expanding. We have our new young chef Rashan Williams preparing food from the heart, Randy Roach in the front ensuring a pleasurable guest experience, and John Campbell finding and bringing in the best brews from around the world.
